At Susana Nakatani we want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if you have any special request, any suggestions or any questions, you are welcome to contact us any time. We want to offer you the best service possible and for that we need your feedback and collaboration.

PAYMENT POLICY

To simplify your purchase, only payments via PayPal and credit card (via Paypal) are allowed. If you encounter any trouble when paying or you if have any questions, please contact us via our contact form or by email for more information: susana@susananakatani.com

PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards without requiring you to have a PayPal account, and is very safe for both buyer and seller.

TAX AND CUSTOM FEES

Our prices are all taxes included ( taxes calculated according to the country from which you make the purchase). The customer is in charge of the shipping costs and the customs fees in the countries where this may apply. Please contact us if you have any questions before you place your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you buy one of the items in stock, once you have placed your order and paid for it, we will prepare it for shipping as soon as possible. This may take between 1 and 4 days working days depending on the item since we want you to receive each garment/accessory in the best condition and well packed. Please note that bespoke made to measure items will take between 15 to 40 days to be produced and dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

It is very important that the shipping address is correct on PayPal. The buyer is responsible for any extra shipping charges or lost items due to an incorrect address.

  • Shipping modalities

All orders are shipped standard by default. Customers have the option to choseExpress Priority shipping at check out.

Free Shipping within Europe for all orders over a value of 250 Euros and for orders of a value over 1000 Euros for Canada y USA.

* Extra shipping costs may apply in specially heavy items (customers will be informed prior to dispatch if that is the case).

  • Delivery time

Once your order is sent, the delivery time will vary depending on the final destination and the shipping modality:

Standard shipping
EU: Between 4 and 10 working days*
USA & Canada: Between 4 and 15 working days*
Rest of the world: Between 4 and 30 working days*
Express priority shipping
EU: 24h to 72 hours (working days)*
USA & Canada: Between 2 and 10 working days*
Rest of the world: Between 4 and 15 working days*

*These delivery times are approximative and non contractual. Delivery times will depend on the final destination. For specific information customers are welcome to contact us.

There is also certain limitations regarding the countries where we are able to ship at the moment. Please check below the list of countries or contact us.

* Please be aware that for countries outside the EU, custom fees and taxes may apply and that will be the customers responsibility. We can provide customers with certain information about customs fees but it will be the responsability of the customer to handle and pay any custom fee or tax involved.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14 days to withdraw when purchasing goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase , you have 14 days to withdraw your purchase. The period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. However, since we are a small business we would kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible to either refund you or to propose you a satisfying exchange. Please keep in mind that the items returned must not be used and that the return shipping will be at your expenses.

Refunds will be given once the returned products have been received. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* The 14 days withdraw right doesn’t apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised.

We do not cover any damages caused by postal services so in the case your order is damaged upon arrival, we suggest that you photograph it and contact us and we will assist you with your claim to the postal services.
